We understand that plans can change.

Tickets are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the event start time.

Within 48 hours of the event, tickets become non-refundable due to venue reservations, guest curation, and preparation requirements. However, you may transfer your seat to a friend. Please inform us in advance so we can update the guest list.

If an event is postponed or cancelled by After Hours, you will be offered either:

• a full refund, or

• the option to move your booking to a future event.

If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you where possible, though this cannot always be guaranteed.
